Religious Education Program

Mt. Sinai has a  Religious Education program for the children of our members. Classes are on Sunday mornings.  Curriculum includes: celebration and understanding of Jewish holidays, history of the Jewish people, Jewish values, and Hebrew.

The program begins at pre-school age and leads to Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, and confirmation.

Rabbi Danson prepares students in 5th through 7th grades for their Bar/Bat Mitzvah.  These classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoon or in the evening.

For complete information on schedules, grade placement, and curriculum, contact our Religious School Principal, Jeannie Waldman at waldman@charter.net
